Once you've set up your storefront and created your first activities, your clients will be able to book them.
Your storefront allows clients to book the different activities you offer, book a 1 to 1 consultation, see more information about you, take a look at your on demand videos and pricing, and quickly become a member.
Your clients will be able to easily navigate through the different activities and schedules you offer and join the one they want.
When they decide what activity they want, they can click on it and see more information, like a description, location and the different dates and times it is available at.
They will need to sign in before being able to continue to checkout, if they need help creating their account, take a look at our invite members feature.
After selecting their preferred date and time, they will move to the checkout screen where they can select the number of tickets they want and proceed with the payment.
If you have added a liability waiver, they will be prompted to accept it before submitting the order.
After making the payment, they will see the confirmation screen with the option to add the event to their calendar so they don't forget.
They will also receive an email confirmation and can also find the booking on their account, just clicking on My bookings on the top right corner. If it is an online class, they will receive the respective link 20 minutes before the activity begins.
You can keep track of all your bookings by going to the left menu, under Reports, and selecting bookings. You can also see it on an activity basis by going to Activities overview and clicking on the activity you want to check.
