If you need to inform something those attending one of your classes, you can do it by following these steps:
1. Go to the Timetable tab and find the class you want to send the email to, then click on it.
2. Scroll down to the Attendees section, click on Client options and then on Email class.
3. A email composer will pop up and now you can select if you want to send it to those who are booked, on the waiting list, cancelled or everyone.
4. Type the subject and email body and then send Send.
If your clients don't see your email in their inbox, tell them to check spam and sometimes they may go there.
